Educational materials
- developing and realization as part of Easy Together project.
As part of the Easy Together project, educational materials were developed between May 2024 and April 2025. The goal was to create, refine, and publish a set of resources including three multilingual picture books/workbooks, three multicultural programs, five educational games in ten languages, and five quizzes. These materials were designed for school teachers and assistants working with culturally diverse children, as well as for pupils and students both with and without cultural differences.
The educational materials are free to use, multilingual, electronic, and reusable, designed to be engaging and fun to use. Some materials are also available in printed form.
We create materials in Czech, Romanian, or English, depending on the specific resource, but not all materials are available in each language. Additionally, we incorporate Slovak, Polish, German, Romani, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Greek, Hungarian, Serbian, and Vietnamese - the official national minority languages recognized by the government of Czechia. These minority languages are primarily used in our online games and the Kamarádi workbooks.
If need to translate the materials into another language, the user can use the automatic translation option by Google, available in the left menu of this webpage Easy Together.
The set of educational materials includes:
- Three interactive picture books and workbooks
- Three multicultural programs, including printable worksheets and methodological sheets for direct classroom work
- Five educational online games
- Five educational online quizzes
- One printable educational game
- Two sets of educational cards
Description of the separate materials
Workbooks
These workbooks aim to create an inclusive learning environment that fosters language development in a fun and interactive manner. They incorporate a variety of activities that encourage active participation, helping children to build confidence and proficiency in the Czech language. The workbooks are multilingual – one in Czech, one in English and two are in different languages of the national minorities including Romanian language.

Testing of the educational materials
Local-level testing
As part of the Erasmus+ project Easy Together, 7 local-level testing sessions were held in the form of workshops for students and teachers—exceeding the 6 originally planned in the application form. These sessions took place in three countries: three in Romania, three in the Czech Republic, and one in Slovakia.
During the workshops, participants tested newly developed educational materials, including workbooks, quizzes, games, educational cards, and structured programs with methodological and working sheets. These resources were designed to promote language and cultural diversity in educational settings.
The materials received positive feedback. Teachers and students appreciated the clarity and thoughtful design of the content. The interactive quizzes and games were especially praised for their engaging and educational format. The language diversity program, which included worksheets and a practical workshop, encouraged personal expression and underscored the value of multilingualism. Meanwhile, the cultural diversity component promoted open dialogue and fostered awareness of different cultural perspectives.
Each session incorporated creative and hands-on activities, allowing students to express themselves artistically as part of the educational experience. Participants shared constructive feedback through group discussions and online evaluation forms. This input was instrumental in refining the materials for broader educational use.
Project’s methodology
As part of the project’s methodology, an agenda, a detailed report, and a confirmation of participation were prepared for each session. Pictures and participant’s lists were made as part of the documentation in some cases.

Total hours of testing: 27 hours
Total students involved: 205
Total teachers involved: 76
The local testing phase of the Easy Together project consisted of 7 workshops totaling 27 hours, involving 205 students and 76 teachers across the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia. This hands-on testing provided valuable insights and feedback that helped refine the educational materials to better support culturally diverse classrooms.
International-level testing
International-level testing and evaluation took place during the International Teachers’ Meeting in Prague in October 2024. Over the course of the three-day in-person meeting, teachers and educators participated in practical workshops and tested the educational materials developed within the Easy Together project. Interactive sessions—including the use of Story Together cards and hands-on testing of digital games and multicultural programs—promoted cultural exchange and understanding. Participants also explored tools such as Talk Together Cards and Greek Language Bingo, providing feedback through online questionnaires.
Since a significant part of the program was dedicated to testing and assessing these materials, participants were asked to bring their own laptops or tablets to access the online resources and evaluation forms. All materials to be presented, tested, and evaluated at the meeting—including feedback questionnaires—were made available in advance via a link on the Easy Together project website.
